Bestselling Longevity Books

Longevity Made Simple: How to Add 20 Good Years to Your Life: Lessons from Decades of Research - I actually just finished reading this book and I loved it. This book is concise and easy to read. The information is based upon research both old and new and statistics which are relevant to the real world. The authors are a team of doctors, father and daughter and they really seem to have a passion for the topic. Their book has provided me inspiration for this site and I recommend it to all my readers.
