Reduce Chances of Stroke by Avoiding Binge Drinking

Binge Drinking Increases Chances of Stroke
Alcohol is actually quite good for you in moderation but binge drinking will increase your chances of stroke. From Best Life:
56 - Percentage increase in your risk of stroke if you binge drink (consume six or more drinks in one session), according to new research reported in the journal Stroke.

UPDATE 6/16/09 - Because of a link between longevity and alcohol consumption you are almost twice as likely to live to the age of 85 if you limit your alcohol intake to no more than two drinks a day... maybe this is because your not as likely to have strokes. :)
