It is widely known that healthy eating can lead to healthy bodies but science says that we don't always need modern medical engineering to achieve relieve from the aches, pains, and sicknesses life shoots our way.

Considering I believe that healthy lifestyles contribute greatly to long life it should be noted that whenever possible natural substances should be ingested as remedy for ailments rather than medicine created in a lab.
